i'm not sure why... but the term "formative competencies" keeps coming to mind.
i wonder if it will be significant for my future. probably not... but interesting.

grade school
- most of these pictures were taken from 2 pics... and were cropped and enlarged to allow people the chance to enjoy all the fun stuff going on.
I actually wouldn't be suprised if you did coin the term in the 60s and it just resurfaced this week.
